Welcome to Sunlight Waters
In addition to many permanent residents, others who seek to enjoy a get away from the stressful walks of a busy life purchase here to enjoy the sun and endless views that our location offers. The Club is a Not for Profit registered corporation in Washington state. It is governed by the members with an elected Board of Trustees. The Board hires a Facility Manager to oversee the grounds and the corporate day to day operations. There are more than 300 registered lots in three divisions. Owners with property for sale are welcome to publish their listing on the Community Classifieds page.
Members pay assessments (dues) that facilitate the club operations and all expenses related to the upkeep and maintenance of the club owned buildings and common areas. Water is billed by Water District 7 while electricity is provided and billed by Puget Sound Energy. Members in good standing have access to the clubhouse and pool through the use of electronic key cards.
You are only minutes away from multiple Cascades opportunities for hiking, fishing, snowmobiling and site seeing that is second to none! On Morrison Canyon with views of the Stuart Peaks, Sunlight Waters Country Club is located about 90 minutes from downtown Bellevue, 10 minutes past Cle Elum, 25 minutes to Ellensburg and about 1 hour to Leavenworth, WA, a popular travel destination. Mountain activities include a host of year around fun things to do such as downhill skiing, snowboarding, hiking, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and fishing. Hiking in the fall is one of the most talked about activities in all the Pacific Northwest.
